Into many caves in the Malaysian mountains temples are built. The Perak Tong in Ipoh may be one of the most impressive ones. Built in 1926 it is now home to many Buddhas in different sizes placed into different caves. Most of the walls of the cave-system are colourfully painted.

The Cameron Highlands are the main area for tea plantations in Malaysia. Here, high above the rest of the country we see tea plantations as far as the eye reaches. Most of this tea is still collected manually by trained hands.

Today is bathing-day! Because a bath with tub or shower is mostly unknown and public bathes merely exist, everybody enjoys a bath in the rivers on weekends. Usually everybody jumps into the water with all his clothes on - the women even with the scarf on their heads, according to Islamic standard.
